In the Beginning<\/strong><\/h3>\n

IT and I\u00a0go back to the year of our lord 1991. That was when my father bought me an 8088 XT<\/a>. It had a 4 colour video card. DOS 1.0<\/a> would be loaded in the 64 K RAM<\/a> via a 5.25″ floppy disk<\/a> every time the computer was restarted. A mouse<\/a> was something you would see running across the room.\u00a0Janitor Joe and Banner Mania were the order of the day.<\/p>\n

Twenty five years later\u00a0many things have changed – and many have remained.<\/p>\n

Present Day<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Currently I am a Systems Administrator\u00a0working with Wintel based servers, OS and applications. \u00a0Some of the main technologies I work with are Windows Server<\/strong>, Active Directory<\/strong>, SCCM<\/strong> \/ SCOM<\/strong>, Citrix<\/strong>, VMware\u00a0<\/strong>to name a few.<\/p>\n
